All Swimmer Limited products are covered by our money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely happy with a Swimmer Limited product we will refund or if you prefer exchange your product. Subject to our returns policy below.

Delivery Information.
When you purchase an item from Swimmer Limited the contract of sale occurs at the point when your card is charged and your goods are dispatched.
We will refund you on your request if the goods are not in stock or if for any reason we are unable to fulfil the order.
At Swimmer Limited we offer a fast and efficient service by first class post. All you need to do is choose your product(s) and we'll take over. We are experienced in delivering quickly and efficiently in the UK to any home or work address you choose. The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, outlying islands and all British Forces Postal addresses.
All items delivered to a UK address will be dispatched using the Royal Mail first class postal service. Where items are dispatched by 'recorded first class signed for delivery' you must be available at your delivery address to sign for receipt of the the item.
For deliveries to a UK address 'recorded first class signed for delivery' is usually next day but please allow a maximum of 2-5 working days from the time of dispatch for your products to arrive – although this is usually less.
The companies normal method of postage is by 'recorded special delivery next day signed for post' this provides the most secure way of tracking an item, guarantees next day delivery & insures of the value of the item against loss in the post.
Company Delivery Method - Confirmed & Unconfirmed Address.
It is company policy to normally use Royal Mail 'recorded special delivery next day signed for' post for postage to both confirmed & unconfirmed addresses.
A confirmed address helps to prevent credit card fraud. A buyer's confirmed address is checked by PayPal against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company.
Our Returns Policy.
We have a 7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with an item within 7 days of receiving it, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition.
We understand you will have to take your purchase out of its box to try it, but the product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items and may charge a restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned.
We will issue an exchange (subject to an additional postage charge) or a refund for the price you paid for the item (exclusive of the original postage charge).

To Return An Item.
Initially send us an e-mail explaining the reason for the return
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. Include the item in its original box, with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

When returning items to us it is very important that you include a note with the following information, without which we cannot process your refund or replacement:
- An order reference number and order date.
- Details of why you are returning the item to us.
- An indication of whether you want us to exchange the item or provide you with a refund.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The delivery name and address used to place the order.
- A daytime contact telephone number (with country and area dialing codes).
- The item must be in its original box, with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.
Finally Swimmer Limited reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. A 25% handling and re-stocking fee may apply to all opened items.
